Title: Mimic
Day/Theme: September 27: The complexity of your twilight
Series: Bleach
Character/Pairing: Aizen/Hinamori
Rating: R
i.
It starts like this:
A hand on her thigh and lips (smiling, and it’s a gentle one) against her neck. She’s flushed and undone, pinned under him, and thinks that this is all she could ever want from life.
ii.
This time she’s on top and his glasses scrape against her cheek.
He takes them off and says softly, “it’ll be easier this way, yes?”
For a moment, she’s lost in his eyes. They’re somehow darker without them. The kind of darkness that would normally frighten her. But, instead it’s enthralling and she wants more.
“Yes,” she pants and he sets one hand on her neck and urges her to kiss him again.
iii.
His thumb circles the edge of her wrist as they’re talking and when he says, “Hinamori-kun,” there is a certain tone in his voice that makes her shiver.
She mimics it when she answers with “Captain.”
iv.
He kisses her forehead before leaving, his hand toying with her hair, no longer tied up and spilling around the top of her body, and it strikes her on a new level that she’s in love with him.
v.
“If something were to happen to me,” he asks one night, pulling her naked form against his, “what would you do?”
She couldn’t imagine anything could; he was so strong and capable. She doesn’t want to think about time taking them away. So she responds, her voice hesitant, as it rarely is with him anymore, “If someone were to?”
“Yes.”
“I’d take them down.” It warms her so much because she fully means it. It also chills her some because she finds it doesn’t bother her too much.
vi.
When he brings her flowers before they eat she understands it’s not for business related to anything but the two of them.
vii.
Brushing his thumb against her lips, one day he asks her, “Do you want to stay with me?”
“Yes,” she leans towards him so her face is pressed against his chest, “forever.”
The pressure on her lips becomes slightly firmer; almost possessive.
viii.
She loves it when he mutters her name in her neck as he comes.
ix.
She should feel bad for leaving starch marks on his shoulders, but she can’t bring herself too. She likes that a small part of her remains when she’s not there.
x.
It ends like this:
A hand on her thigh and lips (smiling, and it’s a dark one) against her neck. She’s numb and tired, pinned under him, ready to kill, and wonders if anything in her life will happen when this is over.
